WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS
- 01Infinity Health & Wellness Clinic is a modern mobile and virtual healthcare provider. We offer convenient sick visits, IV hydration therapy, and weight and wellness programs, all delivered with personalized, patient-centered care.
- 02We are a self-pay practice, which helps keep your care flexible and transparent. If you would like to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement, we can provide an invoice for you.
- 03You can book online 24/7 through our website or call and text us directly. It’s an easy way to schedule care when it works best for you.
- 04Yes. Most telehealth and mobile visits can be scheduled the same day, often within a few hours, depending on availability. If you need care quickly, we’ll do our best to help you be seen as soon as possible.
- 05We provide on-demand urgent care for common illnesses, mobile IV hydration and vitamin therapy, and medically supervised weight & wellness programs.
- 06You’ll meet with our Nurse Practitioner through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video visit. Most appointments take about 15–20 minutes, giving you time to talk through your symptoms and next steps from the comfort of home.
- 07We focus on serving patients throughout the Carolinas. For telehealth, availability depends on your location and visit type. If you’re unsure whether we can see you, send us your ZIP code and we’ll confirm your options.
- 08We can help with many non-emergency concerns such as colds, flu-like symptoms, sore throat, dehydration, and other common urgent care needs. If your symptoms seem severe or life-threatening, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
- 09We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Tap to Pay. Since we are a self-pay practice, payment is collected at the time of service for a simple, transparent experience. We also offer Cherry Financing. See more here.
- 10Please have a quiet place for your visit, a charged phone or device, a list of your current medications, and any helpful medical history. For mobile visits, it also helps to have a safe, comfortable space ready for our clinician.
- 11Yes. If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or text. We’ll do our best to help you reschedule for a time that fits your schedule.
- 12IV hydration therapy is provided by a trained clinician who reviews your health history before treatment. It may be a good option for dehydration, recovery, or general wellness support, but it is not right for everyone. If needed, we will help determine whether another type of care is a better fit.
- 13A mobile visit brings care directly to you at home, work, or another approved location in our service area. After booking, we confirm your details, review your needs, and send a clinician to provide personalized care in a convenient setting.
- 14Yes, when it is medically appropriate and allowed by law. During your telehealth visit, our Nurse Practitioner will review your symptoms and decide whether a prescription, mobile visit, or another plan of care is the best next step.
- 15Yes. We offer membership and wellness options designed for patients who want ongoing support, easier access to care, and a more personalized experience. If you are looking for a plan that fits your goals, we can walk you through the current options.
- 16Our weight loss program starts with a consultation and medical review, followed by a plan tailored to your health goals. When appropriate, that may include prescription medication, regular follow-up, and practical guidance to help you stay on track.
